NEW STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY..... I just meet the new staff today and unfortunately I didn't ask her name BT she was very nice and professional with me made sure I didn't need anything else before I left they are working very hard and diligently on opening the pool and trying to fix the concerns we all have ..... It sucked to see the old staff leave as they where great as well but not every thing in life goes as plan and changes are apart of life we can't control what's out of our control so we need to just make the best of it ... There are new charges for paying your rent online BT they also have different options like money gram or just take in a money order to avoid the charges online other then that great first impression 😁😁😁

I think we are all upset to see the old staff go, but we should give the new team a chance. I stopped by the office and the new staff are actually really nice I had gone to ask about the changes and pool. Both ladies are nice and very helpful, I was also able to meet the new supervisor and tech. I was surprised to see the maintenance supervisor working on the pool already.

I am very pleased with Tim and his maintenance crew. Tim was true to his word and I appreciate that most of all! The maintenance requests are handled promptly. I would have given a five star but I have had to address the same issue multiple times (weather stripping around front door.) This is still not 100% but it works for now. Thank you, Tim and the maintenance crew!!🌻🌞

The apartments are nice. Basic but functional, and very cozy. My move in experience was great, Yvette was very helpful and explained a lot to me as an out of state resident coming to Colorado. Decently priced with several floorplans, i honestly might make this my home for a few years. Maintenance is fine, they might be a little slow here and there for misc fixes, but they assisted and made sure about a gas smell when i moved in and reassured me everything is fine, just stagnant gas from the previous renters. Thank you Yvette for the assistance and making me feel welcomed. These first few months were great.

UPDATE 10/7/2025 I wanted to make my review a 4/5 stars now. I am very pleased with the maintenance staff as of lately. I put in a couple more work orders and they were addressed right away. I even asked if they could move the shower curtain rod because it wasn't allowing room in the shower with my shower curtain. They moved the shower rod right away and I know they did not have to do that at all; it was more of a quality of life fix than anything. VERY VERY pleased with the new updates they have been making. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I really want to give this place more stars because I can see the potential. I have lived here for around 1 month now. The residential staff is great, Yvette to be exact. She made things smooth and effortless. However, when I moved in, the apartment smelled like smoke and it was most prominent in the washer and dryer room. I have been taking measures to help get rid of the smoke smell, but I thought this was a smoke free apartment. Maintenance has been questionable on how they fix things. I still don't know if my maintenance request was fixed fully because the problem was in the apartment above me. All I got after they inspected the problem was an email to say my request had been cancelled. The only reason I think they did anything was the potent smell of paint thinner in my apartment the next day. I'm now questioning if I should put in a maintenance request for the drain clog in my bathroom. You can clearly see gunk that has formed in the drain that I specifically do not want to clean out (from people before me). Lastly, I had to clean a few things when I moved in, including the bathroom sink clog (just putting draino down the drain), the top of the fridge, some baseboards, and the laundry room (because of the smoke smell). The rest of the amenities are good, it just sticks out more when there are things wrong when you first move in. Like I said I see the potential just maybe a different maintenance staff or cleaning staff before move in.
