This is a selection of some of the positive reviews we've received from our valued residents.

The Bluffs Apartments in Castle Rock has exceptionally well-prepared and maintained units. The unit that I moved into was well prepared, clean and sanitized, the kithen appliances, the bathroom, the patio, the storage room, the bedroom, all the blinds and the widows were extremely clean. The garage was orderly and clean, the garage remote had a new 3.0 volt battery, the interior garage light was newly replaced. The overall property is very clean and well landscaped. I've also noticed at night that all the properties exterior lights are fully luminated, the walkways are clean and clear and the overall properties presence is very well maintained. And, recently this summer their been a new management company AMC that had made a very positive impact to the property, and their's a new Manager to this property, and she's a very experienced, professional SME Manager who is showing ownership and presenting to existing and new tenants a value of professional customer service. I'm very proud to be a resident of the Bluffs at Castle Rock. Regards, Ky.

Iâm so happy to see the new team in the office! I couldnât believe it was the same group who previously managed a community I lived at in Denver. Vanessa, Yadira, JC, and Bryan make an incredible team, and Iâm confident theyâll be a great fit for The Bluffs!
