Since I moved here in June - the staff is so nice. The complex is always clean and the location is amazing. Rachel and Manuela are always helpful and kind.

I am a full time wheelchair user and I visit my son here regularly. Iâve called the office on a number of occasions for them to move the golf cart or to explain why this is wrong. It seems the Bluffs do not care about the accessibility of others. In fact just yesterday 08/10 I spoke with Maggie who assured me this would stop happening. This is crazy pathetic and unnecessary!

Maintenance cant do their job. front office cant handle payments for residents that have been here for years. We have an un replaced filter since we moved in we had a flood in our closet for 2 whole weeks the floor and wall have still not been fixed dont ever live here. Come to the office? You guys dont know anything this place is an actual scam

NEW STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY..... I just meet the new staff today and unfortunately I didn't ask her name BT she was very nice and professional with me made sure I didn't need anything else before I left they are working very hard and diligently on opening the pool and trying to fix the concerns we all have ..... It sucked to see the old staff leave as they where great as well but not every thing in life goes as plan and changes are apart of life we can't control what's out of our control so we need to just make the best of it ... There are new charges for paying your rent online BT they also have different options like money gram or just take in a money order to avoid the charges online other then that great first impression ððð

New office management is awful. I came in and asked where the mailroom was and the employee just snapped her fingers and pointed. Then I asked again because I was confused and she just did the same thing again
