To all my tenants, I got word I need to look at the reviews. I saw tenants that were going to bat for my team and I appreciate it. Then I looked and saw Five stars that were totally faked. None of those people live there, what happened was this new team had their own apartment building and they sold it and the new owners got rid of the company so everybody lost their job there and so what they did is they came to our complex and they hired their own team there and got rid of us Iâve had tenants tell me Iâm so sorry, Iâm so mad at this new company. And I told them they werenât good enough for me and my team thatâs the world we live in today. You do a great job and you get repaid by getting replaced.

The community was nice and clean seemed quiet, the apartments are spacious and we love the washer dryer in unit and the garage we hope to move in late June. Excited!

Stop by the office today and was greeted by Kelly she is the regional manager and she answered all my questions and was really nice.

Iâm so happy to see the new team in the office! I couldnât believe it was the same group who previously managed a community I lived at in Denver. Vanessa, Yadira, JC, and Bryan make an incredible team, and Iâm confident theyâll be a great fit for The Bluffs!

I think we are all upset to see the old staff go, but we should give the new team a chance. I stopped by the office and the new staff are actually really nice I had gone to ask about the changes and pool. Both ladies are nice and very helpful, I was also able to meet the new supervisor and tech. I was surprised to see the maintenance supervisor working on the pool already.

They changed ownership and got rid of the staff. Terrible mistake getting rid of such a great staff.

Once again, they change owners and management. Itâs unbelievable that they got rid of the staff. You got to be kidding me people that cared about the property very nice when I went in the office and when the maintenance staff came to my apartment, they were always knowledgeable. Shame on the people that took the staff away. They made this property very present to live when my lease comes up. Iâm out of here. I would tell future residence not To rent herebecause you donât know when thereâs changes.

I am very pleased with Tim and his maintenance crew. Tim was true to his word and I appreciate that most of all! The maintenance requests are handled promptly. I would have given a five star but I have had to address the same issue multiple times (weather stripping around front door.) This is still not 100% but it works for now. Thank you, Tim and the maintenance crew!!ð»ð
