I think we are all upset to see the old staff go, but we should give the new team a chance. I stopped by the office and the new staff are actually really nice I had gone to ask about the changes and pool. Both ladies are nice and very helpful, I was also able to meet the new supervisor and tech. I was surprised to see the maintenance supervisor working on the pool already.

They changed ownership and got rid of the staff. Terrible mistake getting rid of such a great staff.

Once again, they change owners and management. Itâs unbelievable that they got rid of the staff. You got to be kidding me people that cared about the property very nice when I went in the office and when the maintenance staff came to my apartment, they were always knowledgeable. Shame on the people that took the staff away. They made this property very present to live when my lease comes up. Iâm out of here. I would tell future residence not To rent herebecause you donât know when thereâs changes.

I am very pleased with Tim and his maintenance crew. Tim was true to his word and I appreciate that most of all! The maintenance requests are handled promptly. I would have given a five star but I have had to address the same issue multiple times (weather stripping around front door.) This is still not 100% but it works for now. Thank you, Tim and the maintenance crew!!ð»ð

The maintenance staff does an excellent job here recommend this place to everybody go maintenance and the office staff is very professional I would give it a 10 star if I could

The complex and the team at The bluffs are amazing! The move in process was quick and easy! All of my questions were answered in a timely manner, and there was no doubt I would be in good hands! Thank you to Yvette for the hard work! And thank you to the maintenance team for getting everything together and ready for move in day!
