Tim and his crew are fantastic. They get on work orders really quick and they know what they’re doing. A place looks amazing. Great place to live.

Really enjoying my time at The Bluffs! The units are nice, the amenities are clean, and the maintenance crew is top-notch. They’re super quick and Tim always goes above and beyond to fix even the small things. Definitely makes living here a breeze!

Updated 0 star: ALL OF THE STAFF THAT MADE THIS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE HAVE BEEN LET GO DUE TO CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP. I KNOW PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THEIR OTHER PROPERTIES AND THEY HAVE NIGHTMARE ISSUES WITH MAINTENANCE AND STAFF. WILL BE LEAVING AT THE END OF THIS LEASE!!! Original 5 star : We are extremely happy with Tim and his maintenance crew. They have hone above and beyond in custom care, professionalism and experience. We tasked them with several very tough projects and they accomplished all extremely well and proficiently. My wife enjoy thier service so much that she baked them home made cookies. Thanks Tim and Crew.
