I had a great experience at The Bluffs at Castle Rock thanks to Tim from the maintenance team. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly prompt in addressing the issue. It’s always a relief when things get fixed quickly and done right the first time—Tim definitely delivered. Very satisfied with the service and keep up the great work!

This apartment community could be peaceful and beautiful, yet there are major plumbing issues, and extreme lack of respectable and approachable property management. It is very obvious that they are struggling internally with staffing and training staff to be kind, helpful, and resourceful, let alone acknowledging basic human respect. The energy here is quite hostile, unwelcoming and depressing. Had I known. The employees of the community would be so draining and flat out rude, I’d have never signed a lease and would most definitely never recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE, in fact I suggest the exact opposite for anyone looking for a new apartment home.

Tim is amazing he came in on a Friday evening when we had an emergency, addressed the issue. Asked if we needed anything else there are a few things we need said he’d be back next week to assist with the other issues.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Yvette, the assistant manager! She is absolutely amazing. Every time I need help, she’s always there, ready to assist with a positive attitude. She’s not only efficient but also incredibly polite, making every interaction a pleasant one. Yvette truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, and I really appreciate her outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
