I had a great experience at The Bluffs at Castle Rock thanks to Tim from the maintenance team. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly prompt in addressing the issue. Itâs always a relief when things get fixed quickly and done right the first timeâTim definitely delivered. Very satisfied with the service and keep up the great work!

This apartment community could be peaceful and beautiful, yet there are major plumbing issues, and extreme lack of respectable and approachable property management. It is very obvious that they are struggling internally with staffing and training staff to be kind, helpful, and resourceful, let alone acknowledging basic human respect. The energy here is quite hostile, unwelcoming and depressing. Had I known. The employees of the community would be so draining and flat out rude, Iâd have never signed a lease and would most definitely never recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE, in fact I suggest the exact opposite for anyone looking for a new apartment home.

UPDATE 10/7/2025 I wanted to make my review a 4/5 stars now. I am very pleased with the maintenance staff as of lately. I put in a couple more work orders and they were addressed right away. I even asked if they could move the shower curtain rod because it wasn't allowing room in the shower with my shower curtain. They moved the shower rod right away and I know they did not have to do that at all; it was more of a quality of life fix than anything. VERY VERY pleased with the new updates they have been making. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I really want to give this place more stars because I can see the potential. I have lived here for around 1 month now. The residential staff is great, Yvette to be exact. She made things smooth and effortless. However, when I moved in, the apartment smelled like smoke and it was most prominent in the washer and dryer room. I have been taking measures to help get rid of the smoke smell, but I thought this was a smoke free apartment. Maintenance has been questionable on how they fix things. I still don't know if my maintenance request was fixed fully because the problem was in the apartment above me. All I got after they inspected the problem was an email to say my request had been cancelled. The only reason I think they did anything was the potent smell of paint thinner in my apartment the next day. I'm now questioning if I should put in a maintenance request for the drain clog in my bathroom. You can clearly see gunk that has formed in the drain that I specifically do not want to clean out (from people before me). Lastly, I had to clean a few things when I moved in, including the bathroom sink clog (just putting draino down the drain), the top of the fridge, some baseboards, and the laundry room (because of the smoke smell). The rest of the amenities are good, it just sticks out more when there are things wrong when you first move in. Like I said I see the potential just maybe a different maintenance staff or cleaning staff before move in.
